First, a reminder about the structure of the day. We’ll have 3 calls. Here’s the schedule and call-in info. All the calls will be recorded so if you miss one check back on this page. I’ll be posting them as soon as possible.

Our schedule

Call #1: 8 a.m. PST. A meditation to help you set your intention for the day. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions.

Call #2: Optional Check-in call @ 9:45 a.m. PST. We’ll do a brief meditation. Then you’ll have time to ask questions, and share insights. If you’re on a roll with your retreat you might chose to stay the course and skip the call.

Call #3: 11:45 a.m. PST. Join together for final questions and sharing ahas and successes.

If you can be on a landline our sound quality will be better. But if you can’t, not a big deal.

When you’re on the call you can use the following prompts.

By the way, when you use those commands will hear a voice telling you for example, “line muted” but no one else can hear it.

Your Retreat Day 

If you haven’t already spent some time thinking and feeling in to how to spend your retreat then I recommend doing some (or all) of the following:

  1. Read through the  vr prep guide to give you some ideas, helpful attitudes, and guiding questions.
  2. Or watch your vr prep video. 
  3. Be on the first call to help you set an intention for the day.
  4. Check-in with your wisdom to know best how to spend your time.

Spend some time in the beginning of your retreat to get a sense of what you’re bringing to your retreat. This self evaluation will give you a quick snapshot.Here’s your vr check-in. Then afterwards you can look at what you got from the retreat.

During the Retreat

We’ll have an optional call at 9:45 PST. If you’re in the middle of a project, taking a nap, or on a hike (or any other important thing,) feel free to skip the call. However, if you’re feeling bored, have questions, or would like some support, join the call.

I’ll stay on the line for 5 minutes, but if no one needs the support I’ll go back to retreating.

If you’d like to do a basic gentle ½ hour yoga class I made one for your retreat.

If you get stuck, have a question, or need some support at a time other than the scheduled call drop me an email at I’ll be checking periodically. Or you can also call me at this number 503-362-9344. I won’t be available every minute, but leave a message if I’m not. I will fit in as many calls as possible.

There’s no “wrong” way to do this retreat. The right way is the way you’re doing it. Just keep checking in with your wisdom. And then play along.


We’ll have another call at 11:45 PST. If you can make this call it would be great. You’ll have time to share your successes and insights. You can also ask questions. And I’ll be asking for your feedback.
