I’m excited that you’ve committed to this time andI’m looking forward to hearing about your results.


While I’ll be providing support, you determine your goals for the time. If you haven’t already spent some time thinking and feeling in to how to spend your retreat then I recommend doing some (or all) of the following:

  1. Head to the prep for your retreat page.
  2. Read through the  vr prep guide to give you some ideas, helpful attitudes, and guiding questions.
  3. Or watch your vr prep video. 
  4. Send me a friend request on Facebook so I can add you to the virtual retreat private Facebook group. That way you can share ideas, state your intention with a safe group, and ask questions.
  5. Be on the first call to help you set an intention for the day.
  6. Check-in with your wisdom to know best how to spend your time.

Our schedule

A reminder about the structure of the day. We’ll have 3 calls. Here’s the schedule and call-in info. All the calls will be recorded so if you miss one you can check here.  I’ll be posting them as soon as possible.

Call #1: 8 a.m. PST. A meditation to help you set your intention for the day. You’ll also have a chance to ask questions.

Call #2: Optional Check-in call @ 9:45 a.m. PST. We’ll do a brief meditation. Then you’ll have time to ask questions, and share insights. If you’re on a roll with your retreat you might chose to stay the course and skip the call.

Call #3: 11:45 a.m. PST. Join together for final questions and sharing ahas and successes.

Look for your call-in info in an email coming your way. You’ll also find it on the “Virtual Retreat Live” page which you’ll be directed to later. 

During the Retreat

We’ll have an optional call at 9:45 PST. If you’re in the middle of a project, taking a nap, or on a hike (or any other important thing,) feel free to skip the call. However, if you’re feeling stuck, bored, or anxious, have questions, or would like some support, join the call.

I’ll stay on the line for 5 minutes, but if no one needs the support I’ll go back to retreating.

If you’d like to do a basic gentle ½ hour yoga class, I made one for your retreat.

If you get stuck, have a question, or need some support at a time other than the scheduled call drop me an email at Sharon@PracticallyEnlightenedYou.com. IThere’s no “wrong” way to do this retreat. The right way is the way you’re doing it. Just keep checking in with your wisdom. And then play along.


We’ll have another call at 11:45 PST. If you can make this call it would be great. You’ll have time to share your successes and insights. You can also ask questions. And I’ll be asking for your feedback.
